CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Websigntrix Ventures herein after referred as Websigntrix.com, is a delivery oriented Reliable Digital marketing company, believes in commitment and best delivery.

All amounts owed by the client to websigntrix.com for Services rendered prior to the verified cancellation date must be paid in full. There will be no prorating for partial months throughout the Agreement. Due to account security and privacy concerns, all billing related questions and cancellation requests MUST be made in writing or via email. Cancellation requests will only be processed if made by the initial authorizing party and if received in writing. There will be no refunds of any monies for any cancellation requests made after the cooling-off period of 7 days from the date of order. For security and training purposes, all calls, inbound and outbound, made through websigntrix.com corporate offices are digitally recorded and the recordings form a part of the verbal contract between websigntrix.com and the client. Any cancellations done after the cooling-off period by the client, for any reason, will lead to a full payment of the agreed price and immediate termination of the contract, unless otherwise mutually agreed between websigntrix.com and the Client.

• the contract may be cancelled by the client, only if the client has provided all relevant details of the campaign and key words as required for running the campaign, and Websigntrix.com is not able to initiate the ad campaign within a period of 30 days.
• In such an eventuality the client shall provide a 7 days clear written notice of its intent to cancel the contract and if Websigntrix.com still fails to perform its obligations then the contract shall be deemed cancelled and Websigntrix.com shall be liable to refund the consideration or advance money so received by the client. However, Websigntrix.com shall not be in any case be obliged to pay any amount of interest or other damages, penal or otherwise, on such refund.
• Websigntrix.com, however, reserves its right to cancel the contract at any time by giving a 7 days clear notice of its intent to terminate the contract and Websigntrix.com in that case shall be obliged to refund the amount of consideration received by reducing the same in proportion to the work performed during the subsistence of the contract.
• However Websigntrix.com shall neither be required to give any special reasons for such termination nor shall be required to pay any interest or damages, whether penal or otherwise.
• It is expressly stated and agreed between the parties that the refund shall in no case be deemed to be admission of deficiency and shall in no case be an incident for any liability because of non-performance or for damages and losses suffered by the client and the client shall receive the refund amount in full satisfaction of all its claims against Websigntrix.com and shall be stopped from initiating any civil or criminal action against Websigntrix.com in any Court of law or before any authority anywhere in the World lest the Courts of Law or other Authorities in India.

Note: Clients who receive a new website design, as part of an ongoing monthly marketing plan, are not eligible to cancel their plan in the first 180 days. If the client cancels before the 180 day requirement, the total of all unpaid pending monthly charges will be owed.

PAYMENT

Client agrees to pay websigntrix.com the service fee, for any Program or Service Client enrolls in, pursuant to the terms of the Payment Plan Client selected, including without limitation, all applicable taxes, if any, in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the service fee becomes payable. Client expressly understands, acknowledges and hereby authorizes websigntrix.com to automatically charge Client’s credit card or debit Client’s bank account once a month or one time as per the Program requirement. Client will be charged as soon as they sign up over the phone. Websigntrix.com also reserves the right to pursue alternative means of payment up to and including debt collection services and customer shall be liable for all collection costs, including without limitation, attorneys’ fees.

Websigntrix.com will only refund campaign management fee and miscellaneous maintenance charges according to global or Internet market fee structure after official negotiation, payment made to direct platforms by websigntrix.com or by client cannot be refund
